Super Quick Pizza… with a secret!

Making pizza is not really the easiest task in the world. How many times were you craving for pizza but you hadn’t time to make it? And how many times have you had to throw the leftover bread because it was too dry and impossible to eat? This is the recipe that suits you (and me, since I often find myself to cook at the last minute to avoid wasting food!): pizza made with bread.

Also called: very clever recipe for those who would like a pizza but cannot have it and the take away or frozen one is not even considered.

You can use the bread you prefer: baguette, homemade bread to have a perfect lunch or dinner, pizza-style.

What you need for a perfect pizza with bread
Stale bread (or not fresh bread)
Tomato sauce
Salt
Black pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Mozzarella cheese
Parma Ham
Black olives
Cherry tomatoes
Dried tomatoes

Method
1. Heat the oven to the maximum power and cut the breadinto slices or halves depending on the chosen bread. Place the bread in a baking dish and sprinkle it with extra virgin olive oil.
2. Prepare the sauce by mixing the tomato sauce with salt and pepper, then season the bread with the sauce.
3. Add the mozzarella, cut into slices or cubes, then lay on the bread ham, black olives, fresh tomatoes cut in half and dried tomatoes.
4. Bake for about 10 minutes at 180° or until the bread is golden and crisp.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
